We want you to be fully satisfied with your Solovair footwear; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid or standard return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been confirmed via email.
